All entries must be made online, no later than Tuesday 21 February 2012, 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT+08.00)
After entering a player(s) in the tournament it is the Member Association's responsibility to secure visas for their players - if this is needed. Member Associations must make sure that visa applications are made early enough. Member Associations are advised to contact Romanian Badminton Federation immediately if they need to apply for visas. The names of competing players and coaches should be indicated clearly, together with Passport numbers. An official invitation letter will be then sent to the Member Association. Member Association should apply for visas immediately thereafter.
